The owner of this Suzuki Swift Sport came from quite a distance away to get his head unit replaced. We did have some communication before this and he diligently did the legwork to prepare some of the items. Most notably the 360 Camera Adapter.
To be honest, this is the first time I am seeing and working with the adapter. From the packaging, what I can see is that RCA190K may be the model code. Camera Connector Adapter is printed on the top of the device and Data System may be the manufacturer.
Luckily I do have some experience with the Suzuki Swift and managed to figure out the the wiring with no real trouble. Thankfully the wires were labeled in English and all I had to do is ensure I make all the correct connections. It was interesting getting to know how it works. From what I can tell, instead of using the on-screen buttons, they provide an external button to be able to cycle through different views. Not perfect, but it works.
On top of that we also installed an Active Subwoofer, Dash Cam and also upgraded the foglamp bulbs with LED ones.
